I'm Paul Sexton, founder of Udalgo and an EMCC Accredited Coach. My work is rooted in a simple belief that the biggest transitions in business and career are never just professional, they're deeply personal.

I work 1-to-1 with business owners, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs to drive meaningful change in their personal and professional lives. With over two decades of executive leadership experience, along with a proven track record as an entrepreneur, senior manager, and company owner, transitioning into executive coaching felt like a natural progression for me. Having personally encountered and overcome many of the challenges my clients face, I bring a deep understanding and empathy to every coaching conversation.

My coaching methodology is firmly grounded in the ethical principles of the EMCC Code of Ethics and Diversity. I am dedicated to helping clients grow and evolve by expanding their perspectives, developing self-awareness, and strengthening resilience. Every session is designed to create an environment of curiosity, challenge, and connection — a space where clarity emerges and transformation begins.
