I'm Paul Sexton from Cork in Ireland. I'm an EMCC Accredited Coach specialising in supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals through pivotal moments of change.

My work is built on a simple belief that the biggest transitions in business and career are never just professional,  they're deeply personal. Whether you're preparing to exit a business you've built, stepping into a new career chapter, or growing into the next level of leadership, I help you navigate these defining moments with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, alongside a successful background as an entrepreneur, and business owner, moving into coaching felt like a natural progression for me. Having personally faced many of the pressures, uncertainties, and decisions my clients experience, I bring both commercial understanding and human perspective to the coaching relationship.

My coaching approach combines thoughtful challenge with practical reflection. I create a space where clients can think clearly, explore what truly matters, and make decisions aligned with both their ambitions and values.
